Our second lecture is presented by Bill Davies. He is a retired attorney from Columbia and Edisto Island. His leadership in organizations such as the South Carolina Historical Society, the SC Archives and History Foundation, and the Liberty Trail attest to his knowledge and love of the state’s history.
